Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We have fixed shipping rates to ensure that each of your items purchased gets to you safely and securely.

Wedding Dresses:

  • Standard UK delivery (2-5 working days) £25
  • Standard International delivery (3-14 working days) To be quoted at checkout dependant on your location


  • Standard UK delivery (2-5 working days) £5-15
  • Standard International Delivery (3-14 working days) To be quoted at checkout dependant on your location

Collection from store is also available. If you select this option, you will be emailed with a choice of collection dates & times. Please note that you cannot just turn up as the shop is operated by appointment only. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase, however, it can take up to 3 working days on occasions.

You will receive tracking details once we have shipped out your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Any purchases made on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched on Tuesdays.

If you are purchasing outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LV Couture Bridal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Returns Policy - Online

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage). After this 14 day period, we are sorry we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

If you decide that you no longer want your items, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. Once you’ve told us, you will have 14 days to send the items back to us.

We cannot accept returns on earrings & bridal lingerie.

To return your items, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return postage. Please try to return your items in their original packaging, however, if you can't. please make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged in transit. We reserve the right to either charge you the cost of replacing the item if it gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly or refuse your refund request. We recommend returning items with some form of insurance. 

If any of the items that are returned back to us have been used and/or shows any form of wear and tear, we reserve the right to reduce your refund or charge you the cost to replace the items. For example, you wore shoes outside and scuffed the soles.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you do not receive your refund within a month of sending your items back, please do get in touch with us.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Returns Policy - In-Store Purchase

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on items you purchase in-store. All sales are final.
